Cashew Butter and Pecan Granola
This homemade granola is packed with nutritious ingredients to nourish your body. It is packed with protein and healthy fats as well as complex carbohydrates from oats.

Ingredients

cups
oats
I used gluten free
2
cups
pecan nuts
chopped
2
tbsp
hemp seeds
4
tbsp
cashew butter
5
tbsp
Coconut oil
melted
4
tbsp
maple syrup
1
pinch
pink salt
Instructions
Place everything in to a large mixing bowl and combine together well.
Press the mixture into a lined baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 for 25 minutes of until golden brown.
Let it cool in the tray to set. Then break up in to chunk and store in a glass container.
Recipe Notes
I like to serve mine with dairy free yoghurt and berries with a splash of cold oat milk.
