- 100 g coconut sugar
- 100 g GF SR flour I use Doves Farm
- 100 g GF oats
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
- 80 g dark chocolate chips
- 6 tbsp organic coconut oil
- 40 ml oat milk

Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Melt the coconut oil in a pan - this should take 30 seconds. Mix all the dry ingredients in to a bowl. Add in the coconut oil and water and mix everything together to form a dough.
- Add dessert spoon sized spoon fulls on the baking tray, spaced out to leave room for them to spread out a little. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and eat warm or leave to cool.
