Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 tbsp ground sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp ground sesame seeds
- 1 cup coconut/almond milk
