Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 300 ml coconut/almond milk (use more for thinner consistency)
- 2 tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 mejdool date stone removed
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 tsp maca powder (optional)
- 2 tbsp ground seeds (see note below)

- Blitz it all up in a blender. I had mine in an old jam jar and put a blob of coconut yogurt swirled in for extra creaminess!
Recipe Notes
A reminder if you are in your follicular phase (day 1-14) then you need 1 tbsp of freshly ground flax and 1 tbsp of freshly ground pumpkin seeds per day.
If you are in your luteal phase (day 15-28) you need 1 tbsp freshly ground sunflower seed and 1tbsp of freshly ground sesame seeds per day
