Cashew Butter and Pecan Granola

Ingredients
- 2 cups oats I used gluten free
- 2 cups pecan nuts chopped
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 4 tbsp cashew butter
- 5 tbsp Coconut oil melted
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 pinch pink salt

Instructions
- Place everything in to a large mixing bowl and combine together well.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 for 25 minutes of until golden brown.
- Let it cool in the tray to set. Then break up in to chunk and store in a glass container.
Recipe Notes
I like to serve mine with dairy free yoghurt and berries with a splash of cold oat milk.
