  1. Place everything in to a large mixing bowl and combine together well.
  2. Press the mixture into a lined baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 for 25 minutes of until golden brown.
  3. Let it cool in the tray to set. Then break up in to chunk and store in a glass container.
Recipe Notes

I like to serve mine with dairy free yoghurt and berries with a splash of cold oat milk.
